SUNXFAN has an engineering team with over 15 years of experience, tightly integrating motor, electronic control and impeller aerodynamics into one. We have independently developed a complete range of reliable, energy-saving and eco-friendly fans and Fan Units with rich human-machine interfaces. The lineup spans EC·DC·AC centrifugal and axial fans covering the mainstream global power formats: 8–60 VDC, 1-phase 100–280 VAC, 3-phase 277–480 VAC and 460–850 VDC. In particular, our high-voltage 800 VDC products are already in stable use in SST, HVAC, eVTOL and Battery Electric Vehicle applications.

Our History

Before 2000, we designed and manufactured plastic impellers. In 2003, we began producing PSC and AC asynchronous motors. Since 2017, we have been designing and mass-producing EC PMSM external-rotor fans. Today, next-generation fans are being launched one after another.

Built on a mature motor software source-code platform, combined with high-speed motor winding equipment and automated assembly lines, we deliver consistent production quality at scale. Monthly capacity exceeds 100,000 units.

Quality Control Standards

100% of the shipped products have passed the inspection of the comprehensive testing equipment for dynamic balance and fan parameters; 100% pass the motor safety inspection; 100% barcode traceability guarantee — aligned with IEC and ISO quality systems.

Certifications & Standards

SUNXFAN is ISO 9001:2015 certified and holds CE (LVD), RoHS, REACH and CCC test reports for its fan motors. UL documents are available on request.

Quality management system — Design, production and sales of small-power fan motors: capacitor-run asynchronous motors and PMSM. The certificate supports fan-unit compliance.
EU Low Voltage Directive — PMSM fan motors. LVD25-10455 covers models EM072A-04*3-** and EM072B-04*3-** and supersedes LVD22-9048.
China CCC test — Capacitor-run asynchronous fan motors AM092A-02A2-00 and AM092D-02A2-00 tested to GB/T 12350-2009 — qualified.
EU RoHS — SF146 series fans: Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr(VI), PBBs, PBDEs and four phthalates tested — result PASS.
EU REACH — Fan EM092A-08V3-01 screened for 233 SVHCs plus one candidate substance. Page 1 is published; full report on request.
EMC test data — EC fans: radiated emission to EN 55032 Class B, 10 m test, measured 2023-12-20. Full report on request.
UL recognition — UL recognized components are available. No certificate number is published; ask sales for the file matching your model.
