Quality & Testing
SUNXFAN runs a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015, verifies finished fans in its own Lab Center, and publishes the documents behind its claims. This page collects that evidence in one place: the certificate, the testing scope, the production steps, an anonymised project record and a redacted third-party test report.

Management system
The certificate covers the design, manufacturing and selling of small power motors (capacitor-operated asynchronous motors for fans and permanent magnet synchronous motors for fans) at our Foshan facility. Certified processes control how a fan is specified, built, tested, traced and improved — not just the final inspection.
1. Design & development
Customer requirements and airflow/static-pressure targets are converted into a motor and impeller specification, with review and verification before release to production.
2. Purchasing & incoming inspection
Raw materials and bought-in parts (impeller compounds, bearings, electronics) are checked against specification on receipt; non-conforming lots are segregated and returned.
3. Process control
Winding, assembly and balancing follow documented work instructions and in-process checks; key characteristics are recorded against the work order.
4. Final inspection & testing
Finished units are run-tested (airflow, static pressure, current, speed, noise) before packing; results are recorded per batch.
5. Non-conforming product & corrective action
Failed units are identified, segregated and analysed; root cause and corrective action are recorded and verified before the batch is released.
6. Identification & traceability
Batches and models are labelled and linked to inspection records, so a delivered unit can be traced back to its production and test data.
7. Management review & continual improvement
Quality data, customer complaints and audit findings are reviewed at management level and fed back into process and supplier improvements.
In-house verification
The Lab Center carries out airflow, static pressure and noise testing, type and life testing of fan motors, and electrical safety verification.
Equipment details are not disclosed publicly. Customers and their nominated inspectors can review the test setup during a factory audit.
Factory evidence
Photographs from our production floor in Foshan, in process order: stator winding, assembly, dynamic balancing, performance testing and export packing.
Production line
Motor and impeller assembly lines in Foshan, Guangdong.
EC motor stator (semi-finished)
Wound stators are produced in-house and checked before assembly.
Fan assembly
Impeller, motor and housing are assembled to the work order.
Dynamic balancing
Every impeller is balanced to keep vibration and noise within the declared limits.
Performance testing
Run test before packing: airflow, static pressure, current, speed and noise.
Standard packing & traceability
Export cartons are labelled and linked to the inspection record.
Third-party testing
Why one report covers many models. Fan impellers and housings are moulded from common engineering compounds — for example PA66+GF25% — purchased from the same raw-material source. Models built from the same grade therefore share the material-level coverage of this report.
The public excerpt shows the cover, the test-result page and the result remark. Report identifiers are redacted; the complete original is released by sales on request.
