For every order, the governing technical document is the official specification sheet confirmed between you and our sales team at the time the order is placed. If any figure on this website ever differs from the confirmed spec sheet, the spec sheet prevails. We warmly encourage you to verify all technical parameters and the unit's weight with your engineering team before ordering.
Quotations and Orders
Prices quoted on this website or in our communications are indicative FOB (Free On Board) factory prices in US dollars, subject to the minimum order quantity, validity period and delivery terms stated in our written quotation. A binding sale exists only when we confirm your order in a proforma invoice or sales contract signed by both parties.
Returns
We accept returns for defective products only and do not accept exchanges.
