Thank you for visiting SUNXFAN. We build EC, DC and AC cooling fans for customers around the world, and we know that trust begins with transparency. On this page we explain — plainly and honestly — what information we collect, why we collect it, and the control you keep over it.

Who We Are

The company responsible for your data (the "data controller") is Foshan Sunwind Electric Co., Ltd., trading as SUNXFAN, of 5th Floor, Block 1, Kang Fulai Industrial Zone A, No. 63, Chengye Road, Ronggui, Foshan, Guangdong, China 528306.

What Information We Collect

We only collect the information you actively give us. When you submit our inquiry form, we receive your email address — the only field we require — together with whatever you choose to fill in: your name, country, phone number or WhatsApp number, and the content of your message (for example, the fan model you are interested in or the questions you would like us to answer).

That is the complete set of data we collect. We do not operate user accounts, we do not process payments on this website, and we do not use the form to build marketing profiles. Order placement and payment are handled directly between you and our sales team, never through this website.

Cookies and Tracking

This website places no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no cross-site tracking of any kind — there is nothing here for us to ask your consent for, which is why you will never see a cookie banner on this site. Our hosting and content-delivery provider Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell human visitors apart from automated bots; such essential cookies carry no personal data and are exempt from consent requirements.

How We Use Your Information

• To reply to your inquiry and answer your technical questions;
• To prepare quotations, spec sheets and samples you request;
• To provide after-sales support for products you have purchased.

That is the complete list. We will never sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone, and we will not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.

Our legal basis. We process your data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time by simply telling us to stop; we will then delete the data unless the law requires us to keep it.

Third-Party Processing

Our inquiry form is transmitted through Web3Forms, a form-processing service that relays your submission to our mailbox. Web3Forms operates from the United States, so if you are located in the European Union your submission is transferred outside the EU as part of this delivery step; we rely on the provider's published privacy and data-handling commitments for that transfer. Your Rights Over Your Data

If you are located in the European Union or anywhere else with data-protection law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, or to withdraw any consent you previously gave. Simply contact us through the inquiry form on this website, tell us what you would like us to do, and we will respond promptly — usually within one business day.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority in your country or region if you believe we have handled your data improperly.

Data Retention and Security

We keep inquiry correspondence only as long as it serves the purposes above or as required by applicable law, and we delete it afterwards. Access to our mailbox is restricted to the team members who answer customer inquiries.
