We genuinely appreciate the trust you place in us, and we want your experience with our products to be a confident one. To keep that confidence mutual, we would kindly like to explain how returns and exchanges are handled.

Our Policy at a Glance

• We accept returns for defective products only. If a unit you receive exhibits a genuine manufacturing defect, we will take it back and make things right for you.
• We do not accept exchanges. Returns are limited to defective products; exchanges of non-defective units are not offered.

Why We Ask You to Check Before You Order

Each SUNXFAN fan is built against precise technical specifications, so we warmly encourage you — before placing your order — to review the product's technical parameters and weight carefully: airflow, static pressure, voltage format, power rating, dimensions, and weight. Every model page on this website publishes its full specification, and downloadable spec sheets are available so you can verify every detail with your own engineering team.

Because of this, once a unit leaves our factory we are unable to accept a return or exchange unless the product shows a defect that is attributable to our manufacturing. We know this asks a little extra diligence from you, and we are sorry for any inconvenience — but this policy is what allows us to keep our engineering quality and our pricing uncompromised for every customer.

If You Receive a Defective Product

In the rare case that a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as you discover the issue. Reach our team through the inquiry form on this website or via the contact details on our About page, and kindly include the model number and a short description of the problem. We will work with you promptly and courteously to resolve the matter.
